Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Cuts On Call. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our stylists. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone, email, or through our mobile app. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price. In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booked service will be charged. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
